Kristen Anne Bell is an American actor and singer born in the year 1980. She was born and raised in Huntington Woods Michigan as the daughter of Lorelei Frygier - a nurse - and Tom Bell - a television director - she is an American actress and singer. Kristen was born in the town of Huntington Woods, Michigan, to a Polish mother and father that was German, English Irish, Scottish as well as Irish. Kristen was already a talented entertainer in the early stages. She was cast in the role of Raggedy Ann in 1992 after going to the first audition. Bell 13, who was 13 when her mom signed to become an agent was cast on advertisements for newspapers and television. In addition to having private lessons and acting lessons, she started her career at that time. Bell was credited as a character in the movie Polish Wedding (1998) in 1998. Bell attended Shrine Catholic High School, where she took part in musical and drama clubs. She was cast as Dorothy in the production for high school of The Wizard of Oz. Bell was a student at The Tisch School of the Arts in New York City, where she studied Musical Theatre in New York City. Bell left the university in 2001, and began taking on the role of Becky of Tom Sawyer. The same year she appeared in Pootie Tang, but the sequence in which she played the role was removed. This meant that the credit sequence is all that exists. Bell played in the Broadway revival The Crucible starring Liam Neeson & Angela Bettis.
